What is Your Impact?...

What's the impact you make in your local community?

Real estate is local. That's why I've stuck it out in the crazy, unpredictable, and fabulous industry for the last two decades. My role has changed from agent to developments, from Broker Owner to consultant, and now leading a nationwide brand. But the impact I have on main street America has never changed because I know that commissions paid to agents get reinvested in local communities. And that makes me feel great.

Agents are the ones sponsoring local parades, buying closing gifts from local gift shops, and taking clients out to restaurants. Broker owners are members of the Chamber of Commerce, they coordinate local fundraising and they help their agents close more deals which circulate more of those dollars back into local communities.

I'll ask again, "what's your impact?"

If you've reached a level of personal success, but you're not feeling fulfilled, maybe you are waiting for something or someone to promote you to take that next step.

Consider this your invitation.
