What Do I Bring?...

What do I bring to the table? I was reading an article recently in "Real Leaders Magazine". There was a feature on a young man named Sam Demma*. He started a business at 17 despite not being taken seriously. He is a two-time TEDx speaker, author, and entrepreneur. It is because of his youth, not in spite of it, that he has been successful.

In the Summer 2023 issue of "Real Leader Magazine," he is quoted as saying, "What I realized is that challenges always exist and people have opinions that are outside your control. More important than the opinions of others is what you choose to believe about yourself."

Sam brought his unique experiences to the table, his curiosity, and his insights into what people his age needed to be successful.

What experiences do you have that make you uniquely qualified to represent a community that you feel aligned with? How can your voice and talents be utilized to lift up others who may have shared backgrounds and are looking for a leader to stand up and collectively define your worth?

What do you bring to the table?

We asked 6,400 agents,"What was your main reason for joining JPAR?" into a word cloud generator - this is the result. It feels great to know what we’re bringing to the table.
