What is Simplify with JPAR?

Simplify is a full-service home management concierge platform. It is designed to help the 190 million+ homeowners and renters in the US with all their moving and home management needs. Simplify makes it easy to access service providers, savings, a dedicated concierge, and more. It is a true end-to-end home management solution to help your clients and allows you to develop a lifetime connection with them.

How Does it Work?

Upon a transaction going under contract or pending, the invitation process to Simplify begins. You will receive an email congratulating you on your successful transaction. Approximately 48 hours later, your client will have access to their personal concierge team and the Simplify platform to help them with all their moving and home management needs.

Will I be Notified Before You Contact my Client?

You will receive an email 48 hours before your client is invited. This email is triggered once the transaction is marked under contract or pending.

How is My Client Invited to Simplify Concierge?

Your client can receive an invite two ways; the automated option is triggered once a transaction is moved to pending status. You can also manually invite a client from the agent dashboard.

Who Will the Email Come From that is Sent to my Client?

The email to your client will come from you as the agent from your branded page.

My Client Did Not Receive the Welcome Email, Why Not?

Make sure your client's email is correct so they get the invite to Simplify! Make sure the email associated with your concierge account is the same email used in your transaction software. Once you have a transaction, set it as pending. If you move it directly to close, the invite won't go out.

Can I Use this as a Lead Generation Tool?

Of course! You will have your very own agent branded URL. This is the same URL in your Welcome email. We encourage you to share this URL everywhere to generate new leads (i.e. add to your newsletters, email signature, and on your social media pages). Your sphere of influence will be able to sign up for this complimentary service on their own. This allows you to stay top of mind and be the expert in all things Real Estate.
